Never settle for a one-sided love.
By Tyler Davis
she loves me
she loves me not
i hold her in my arms
with the sweet indulgence that is her lips;
i cradle her and want to
be engulfed within her eternal flame.
she loves me
she loves me not
our bodies entwined
at the sight of one another,
in the conquest to face true love.
she pulls me in closer
at the grips and heavy breaths
of her pleasure.
she loves me not
she pushes me away,
tossing me like a crumpled piece of paper
that has no use anymore
because it’s all full of scribbles
and baggage.
she loves me?
